Delicious cakes, a silent auction, an amazing raffle and a series of very successful Hen harrier tours led by Inspire Wild (everyone of which saw hen harriers) resulted in Mull's first Hen Harrier day proving to be a huge success.

More than 60 people attended Craignure Bunkhouse on Sunday 9 August and £900 was raised thanks to a long list of helpers and contributors.

Silent auction items were kindly donated by Langford Press,  Inspire WildTreshnish & Haunn Cottages, and ATM street art.

Raffle prizes were donated by Landford Press, Wild Mull, Martin Keivers at Mull Charters, Bloomsbury Publishing UK and Mark AveryTackle & Books, Tobermory, John Clare and many more.

Inspire Wild hosted Hen Harrier Day in partnership with Rachel French, Birders Against Wildlife Crime and the Craignure Bunkhouse and the money raised was donated to Birders against Wildlife Crime to go toward hen harrier conservation.
